🌱 Origin of the Therapy

Family Constellations were developed by the German therapist Bert Hellinger in the 1990s. Integrating knowledge from psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, family dynamics, and his experience as a missionary in South Africa, Hellinger created this therapeutic tool that works on the family systemic field to reveal hidden dynamics that impact current life.

🌀 What is the dynamic of a constellation?

During a session, the person who wishes to work on a topic (called the "client") presents a concern or situation they want to examine: it may be a family conflict, a personal blockage, a physical symptom, something that repeats without explanation. From there, the constellation field is opened:

🌀 In group format, other participants represent members of the family system, emotions, or key elements. Through their movements, postures, and sensations, hidden dynamics that were acting from the unconscious are revealed.

🌿 In individual format, symbolic elements (such as figures, papers, or cushions) are used to represent the same. The energy moves the same way: the field shows what needs to be seen.

The facilitator's guidance is key: with presence, intuition, and sensitivity, she accompanies the process toward a more loving order, where each person can occupy their place and release what does not belong to them.

In online format, energy knows no limits. The soul neither.
That is why constellating remotely is just as powerful as in person.

🌿The session is conducted via video call (Zoom or similar), in an intimate, cared-for space guided with total presence. The person who constellates shares their topic or intention, and from there, the energy field is opened. We use symbolic elements (figurines, papers, images, or even visualizations) to represent the people or aspects involved. Through these resources and the facilitator's guidance, what the system needs to show is revealed.
