What's included
The songs
Mantras, medicine songs and contemporary heart songs, guided live by Emilia in call-and-response.
The cacao
A cacao blessing ceremony to open the heart. Herbal teas will also be available.
What to bring
A reusable water bottle and a cushion, blanket or yoga mat. Optional: an instrument, or flowers for the altar.
How the evening unfolds
Arriving and the altar
We open the space with intentional flower arranging, with love and presence.
Opening and cacao
An opening prayer, collective intention-setting and a cacao blessing ceremony.
Song weaving
Call-and-response singing of sacred songs, raising our voices together to liberate, empower, and uplift.
Shares and closing circle
An invitation to share a song of your own, optional and supported, and a closing reflection and sharing circle.
